  6. WinZip 6.0 is scheduled for release in late August.

  11. *** Installation ***
  12.  
  13.     If you received this version of WinZip on a floppy disk please
  14.     follow the instructions on the disk label to install WinZip.
  15.  
  16.     If you received this version of WinZip in a self-extracting
  17.     ZIP file (for example, WINZIP60.EXE), you can install it as
  18.     follows:  activate the Program Manager, select Run from the
  19.     File menu, type the full name of the file (for example,
  20.     C:\DNLOAD\WINZIP60.EXE), press the Enter key, and follow the
  21.     prompts.  When the SETUP program completes you can delete the
  22.     WinZip files in your temporary directory.

  24.     If you received this version of WinZip in a ZIP file, first
  25.     extract the files to a blank floppy, then activate the Program
  26.     Manager, select Run from the File menu, type A:SETUP, press
  27.     the Enter key, and follow the prompts.

  29. *** Upgrade Instructions ***

  31.     Follow the installation instructions above.  You can install
  32.     this version of WinZip to the same location as a previously
  33.     installed copy of WinZip.

  37.     The Windows 3.1 version requires Windows 3.1 or Windows for
  38.     Workgroups.  The Win32 version requires Windows NT 3.5 or
  39.     later.  Some optional features require external programs.  See
  40.     the documentation for details.

  44.     For full documentation, including context sensitive help,
  45.     press the F1 key at any time while running WinZip.

  49.     Win32 users please read the section titled "WinZip for
  50.     Windows NT" or "WinZip for Windows 95" in the online help
  51.     for important notes on long filenames.

  53. *** Self-Extracting Archives ***

  55.     The evaluation "BBS" version of WinZip is distributed as a
  56.     Windows self-extracting ZIP file.  You can use "WinZip
  57.     Self-Extractor", an optional add-on product, to create
  58.     self-extracting ZIP files.  You can download an evaluation
  59.     version of WinZip Self-Extractor as WZIPSE10.EXE.

  91.     dollar sign at the end of the filename.  The underscore or
  92.     dollar sign is replaced with the appropriate character by the
